Open: Year roundWe are located 3 miles from the center of Zapata, 50 miles South of Laredo and 98 miles North of McAllen.
Our park is on Falcon Lake, a major recreational spot in South Texas.
The lake has been voted # 1 by many fishing clubs as "the best fishing spot in Texas".
Our park is small enough so you can get to know YOUR neighbor, yet large enough to have some fun.
Our air is clean, NO SMOG, pollution and it is so quiet and peaceful that you can hear the birds sing, hear the owls talk to each other at night and hear the distant call of the coyotes.
We have - fishing dock, boat ramp, boat slips, laundry room, local cable tv connections - free mail delivery and pickup - fax service - email retrieval available in office - rec hall - pool table - card games, etc - WEEKLY free breakfast - monthly pot luck dinners - PET FRIENDLY and we have a resident "Winter Texan" that is a professional dog groomer.

We have a few rental units - rates vary. all are completely furnished - would need to call for reservations.
