Deer Crossing is a "mature-adult community" and is located approximately 14 miles East of Ruidoso Downs. The park is situated on eight acres in the Upper Hondo Valley at a "heart-healthy" elevation of approximately 5,500 feet. Inside the park are nature and walking trails with river frontage of the Rio Ruidoso. Deer Crossing is "pet-friendly," and is completely fenced and gated with management as residents.
AMENITIES:
- 50, 30 and 20 amp connections at all sites
- Sites are 30' x 53' (Two sites are 35' x 53')
- All sites are extra-wide pull-throughs with full hook-ups
- Dry storage available at $25 per month. All spaces are wide/level and within fenced/gated area of park
- Free high-speed wireless Internet access
- Land/phone lines available at eight sites
- Regulation mailboxes at all sites with daily mail delivery provided by the management
- The new Recreation Room provides:
· Separate phone line, toll-free
· Satellite television
· Microwave and sink with hot and cold water
· A large counter for pot-luck dinners
· New pellet stove for when temperatures drop
· New table/chair sets plus larger tables for special events
